For the enjoyment and safety of all our guests we ask that you observe the following guidelines.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
Arrive between 1 pm – 5 pm, depart by 11 am. Deviation from these times must be pre-approved by the resort office.
Resort guests are responsible for the behavior of their visitors. Visitors must leave by 10 pm.
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult when using any resort amenities.
10 pm to 8 am.
Sites are to be kept clutter-free. Only propane grills and propane fire pits are permitted. Unattached screen rooms, canopies, tents, and items on the grass are not permitted. Potted plants are limited to 5 per site. Any deviation must be approved by resort management.
FLAG AND YARD SIGNS
Flying of the American or any service flag may be on a pole attached to your RV. Any yard sign must be approved by resort management. Flags and yard signs may be placed only in the flower bed area on the left side of your site.
State law requires sewer rings at all sewer connections.
No vehicles of any kind can be parked on roadways or grass. Only one vehicle is allowed per site. Parking at any resorts buildings is for use of those facilities only. Boats, trailers, off-road vehicles and tow-dollies are not permitted on your site.
Please bag your trash in a secure, leak resistant plastic trash bag. All boxes must be broken down, no loose paper. Guests are to place trash at the closest street light to their site driveway by 9 am. Do not leave trash out overnight. For self-service, you may use the resort dumpster.
Catch and release fishing is allowed. Swimming is not permitted.
Please clean up after using resort common areas. Profanity, drunkenness and disorderly conduct are not permitted. Shirts and shoes must be worn in all buildings.
Hanging laundry outside on your site is not permitted – there is an approved area at each comfort station to hang laundry.
Smoking is only permitted on your site or at the designated smoking area behind the clubhouse. All other common areas and buildings are non- smoking.
SWIMMING POOL AND SPA
Hours of operation are 9 am to dusk. All guests and visitors are required to follow the posted rules.
BICYCLES AND OTHER ITEMS
Riding bicycles, rollerblading, skateboards, etc. within the resort are permitted on resort roads only.
GOLF CARTS (ELECTRIC ONLY)
Must be registered at office with proof of insurance. Only licensed drivers may operate any motorized vehicle on resort property. Only properly equipped vehicles can be operated between dusk and dawn.
Within the week of arrival, guest may wash their RV on site. Afterwards, guests may use an outside washing service with onboard water or purchase a permit at the office.
FIREARMS AND FIREWORKS
Brandishing and discharging of firearms, lethal weapons and fireworks are not permitted.
Positively no solicitation in the park. No sales or display of goods permitted on resort property.
Feeding wildlife and bird feeders are not permitted.
- Two pets max with up-to-date vaccination records are required and must be presented to the resort office upon arrival.
- Rottweiler, Pit Bull and Chow breeds are not permitted. Any aggressive or excessive barking dog will be required to vacate resort property.
- Pets must be attended to at all times and must be kept on a max 6-foot leash.
- Pets are not permitted in any resort building, any common recreation area or another guest sites.
- Pet droppings are to be cleaned up immediately and disposed of at the pet stations.
- Dog fences and pet cages are not permitted.

Responsible behavior Is expected. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or dismiss any person and their property from the resort.
The resort is not responsible for any loss due to fire, accident or theft nor any loss, damages from mowers or injury to any resident or any guest of residents, or property of either.
